We are a family, we have our own fun and games during and after working hours. SEMS Day is one such event - to commemorate the birth of Secure every year we hold a cultural show and family oriented event. For the most part the entrainment and cultural program is fuelled by our own internal talent, this is slowly rolling out of India and becoming a social focal point all over the world.

As a young company with a young age profile we are aware that our employees need to lead a healthy life style, we encourage sports within the organisation. There are tournaments in various sports through the year breeding a friendly sense of competitiveness and also camaraderie.

Our teams spends more than 6% of their working hours in training - programs as varied as art of spread-sheeting and personality development are on offer. Furthermore a culture of quality and constant improvement along with a strict meritocracy levels the playing field.
