Legacy brands

Over time we have acquired or built technology companies. The brands, both home grown or acquired, have been retained till now. We are now consolidating all of them under one banner. This will bring our diverse teams together and help us serve our customers and users in a more organised and helpful way.

Our corporate brand legacy includes revered brands such as Horstmann Controls and Cewe Instrument; both of which have made a small place for themselves in the history of instrumentation and controls, in the markets they have operated in. These brands are joined by younger brands such as AEMS, Datagen, ESL India and PRI. Together all of us were known as the Entity Group. Now we will all become Secure.

AEMS markets Yatesmeters and services that use the capabilities of Yatesmeter and is a technology company we acquired. It specifically deals with pump efficiency and fluid dynamics. The company was established in 1990 and joined the Secure Group in 2007. The AEMS technology forms the backbone for our pump monitoring and pump efficiency solutions.

Datagen Power Services Ltd, was our service offerings brand. Established to help Indian utilities service and run metering products it is now offering a wider gamut of services and solutions aimed at the Indian utilities. The Datagen team brings with it competition-beating experience of metering in utilities, this experience from the field that is changing the way we think about and service the energy sector in India

ESL-India was our R&D firm, created to organise the R&D efforts in India, it is now integrated with the rest of the group. Our R&D effort now selects resource from all over the globe to develop agile solutions and products.

PRI was a small technology firm when it joined Secure Meters in India. PRI went on to become the global sales office for the group and even established an Australian office. This energy is now harnessed in Secure, the amalgamation will bring the offices and employees closer together.
