i-Credit is the name of our family of single-phase direct-connected ‘intelligent credit’ meters, stemming from our experience at the forefront of metering technology. Each model combines the benefits of CALMU™ metering technology with a set of innovative features covering a range of intelligent metering applications. The i-Credit family is ideal for use in domestic and small commercial premises. All i-Credit models display information in plain language and most have the option for a remote information panel to provide consumers with meaningful real-time data for consumption, cost and carbon emissions. Some i-Credit models support self-billing via Authenticated Billing Codes (ABC) eliminating the need for meter reading visits. The billing code contains all the information necessary to generate an accurate bill and is secure against tampering or corrupted transmission. The most sophisticated i-Credit models incorporate load control, high-speed communications and wireless connection to in-home displays.
i-Credit 300
i-Credit 300 has anti-tamper features and supports self-billing via Authenticated Billing Codes (ABC). An optional low-power radio (LPR) module can be fitted at manufacture for ‘drive by’ meter reading.
i-Credit 400
i-Credit 400 provides a range of multi-element load control, flexible tariff and load profile functions and supports high-speed communications for local or remote meter reading. It can be supplied with an optional ripple-control receiver for tariff and load control functions and can be integrated into a Home Area Network (HAN) via an optional ZigBee® module. Mesh radio and DLC are also supported, making i-Credit 400 ideal for integration into AMI systems.
i-Credit 500
i-Credit 500 is an advanced single-phase intelligent meter for AMI deployment in domestic and small commercial installations. Mesh radio and ZigBee communications functions for Home Area Network (HAN) and Local Area Network (LAN) are integrated into the meter. A load control switch, with boost function, is provided in addition to the main disconnection switch. i-Credit 500 provides a range of multi-element load control, flexible tariff and load profile functions and supports high-speed communications for local or remote meter reading.
