Our team must be agile. We operate from Australia to the United Kingdom, we are a multicultural company, we value different cultures and the learning and experiences these bring to us as a group. We will not compromise our diversity as it is a key generator of our agility.

We must deliver comfort more efficiently. Considering our broad geographic reach and large customer base, our solutions must be agile and respond to many different scenarios and installations. We value innovation that can be applied to reduce our dependency on energy, but not compromising comfort or quality of life.

We are responsible to society. Everywhere we establish a base, we believe we are obligated to have a beneficial effect on the community that supports us. Our corporate social responsibility is strategically delivering this by enabling the Group’s resources to be deployed to benefit society.

We work in communities all around the world and we believe that these communities should benefit from our presence. We, through Dharohar’s activities, work with schools, teachers and artists to create opportunities for knowledge and skill transfer.
