“We took an established industry, challenged the established paradigms, and changed its shape permanently and completely.

I often wonder why we were able to achieve this. There is no one factor or reason. It is a combination of many things most of which boil down to who we are and what we are made of, our DNA, in essence.

Take an innovative start point, and add to it honest and open debate, the unbounded enthusiasm of youth, a tolerance for failure, the enquiry of diligent minds, the freedom to imagine, the global reach to expertise all within a world class infra-structure and you get another innovative starting point!

If we continue to do what we have always done, we will continue to get what we have always got! Since we strive to get something different, we are forced to do something different. So easy to say, so hard to practise.
Yet, starting from this small town of Udaipur and now in six cities in four countries, we are a company with this DNA! The DNA which gives us the belief that there is always a better way of doing things”.
