A correctly controlled domestic central heating system provides a better comfort level, uses less energy and produces lower CO2 emissions. However in order to operate safely, heating appliances using carbon based fuels must be serviced regularly. The ServicePlus range of electronic programmers and timeswitches is designed to offer both a good level of heating system control as well as to help social landlords comply with the UK Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations 1998. Although not intended to replace the normal servicing regime, it can act as an aid to enabling compliance.

ServicePlus S11R
Single channel, 24 hour time control suitable for combination boiler applications, an extra heating zone, or the pump on a solid fuel boiler.

ServicePlus S17R
Single channel, 7 day time control suitable for combination boiler applications, where the integral voltage free contacts (fitted as standard) allow control of the heating as well as the production of hot water.

ServicePlus S21R
Two channel 24 hour service interval programmer allowing independent time control of central heating and hot water.

ServicePlus S27R
Two channel 7 day service interval programmer allowing independent time control of central heating and hot water.
