The Liberty family covers a wide range of prepayment applications, from traditional single-phase through to dual-fuel smart metering installations. The flexible nature of Liberty greatly benefits energy suppliers, while the user-friendly features can help consumers reduce their energy costs and achieve reductions in associated CO2 emissions.

Liberty EU6v provides a flexible and secure revenue-management solution for suppliers, without the need for tokens, keys or cards. Consumers benefit from innovative features such as displays that can help them manage their consumption and reduce their energy costs. The provision of a programmable ‘friendly credit facility’ is of benefit both to suppliers and consumers; disconnection can be deferred if credit expires during unsociable hours. EU6v can be used as part of a smart meter installation, in which case credit can be seamlessly transferred by GSM/GPRS signals without any intervention from the consumer. In addition to the prepayment function, the shut-off valve can operated remotely in an emergency.
