The infrastructure and assets owned and operated by energy companies are in a constant state of flux. Network assets are continually being added, moved or replaced, either directly by the utility, or by sub-contractors or other agencies. This type of work is often planned, but sometimes it can be performed in response to an emergency in order to maintain system integrity.

Our service identifies individual consumers and documents in relation to the distribution company asset to which they are connected. This information is plotted on a GIS map for future reference.

Our surveys are performed without interrupting supply, using signals injected at each distribution transformer, via distribution line carrier (DLC) technology.
