ABLE (Airlock, Blockage, Leakage and Efficiency)
Leakage from waste water systems can cause major environmental problems and can lead to imposition of financial penalties and restrictions on companies.
Blockage is another problem which reduces the flow and may lead to a sump overflowing. An airlock can affect pump performance dramatically and pump shafts can get damaged as a result.
ABLE is a configurable, self-learning instrument which provides a warning and an alert for a leakage or a blockage in the system. In addition, air lock indication and overflow alarm can also be viewed on the display. Alarm warnings can also be transferred by relays for local or remote annunciation.
ABLE can also indicate pump efficiency, flow and head. The events and data can be logged and analysis reports can be made available on demand.
